We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect - main tram lines were less than a minute up the street, and it wasn't too busy around here. The staff were excellent and immediately asked if we would like an upgrade for only $10 per night. They were clearly focused on providing excellent service and had a genuinely pleasant manner to visitors. The facilities were top-notch, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa & wellness centre. The dining options were excellent, with a bar/lounge area and restaurant offering delicious continental breakfast.
The hotel provided everything we needed during our stay, and we recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and facilities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! My room was spacious, clean, and had a amazing view of the city skyline. The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation, walking distance of many of the city's sites especially along the river and in close proximity to events at Melbourne Park. the staff were friendly and always willing to help in any way needed.
Nothing, no complaints at all. The hotel was a great value for money!

We stayed in a great location that was near the station and close to everything we wanted to do over the weekend. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and a great size one-bedroom apartment-style room. The bathroom was functional and clean, and the staff provided good service throughout our stay.
The breakfast menu supplied was not accurate, and the actual breakfast offered was only a buffet at a flat rate of $35 per person.

Great location for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The sauna area on the ground floor was a nice addition.
The room was not serviced and the hotel attributed it to the holidays, which seemed odd. the prices at the coffee shop nearby were quite steep, charging $16 for a croissant and orange juice.
